Mitch is originally from New York, grew up in Las Vegas, and has lived in all kinds of places along the way. He started late on the music scene, buying his first piano in college. He has played in a number of bands over the years, with styles ranging from rock to blues to country and then some. He has played in all kinds of venues, from happenin' clubs to total dives. He has the distinction of performing on the back of a flat-bed truck ... not once, but twice.

After leaving the bright lights of Las Vegas, Mitch moved to Oklahoma City, where he was a founding member of Banana Seat, a freakishly large 11-member band with a four-man horn section, and gained experience playing complex arrangements, such as the music of Steely Dan, Chicago and
Earth Wind & Fire.

Mitch was then the keyboardist, rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist of The Bezoars, playing good ol' fashioned classic rock and roll.

Most recently, he was a founding members of The Killjoys, playing slightly off-center rock and roll covers in cool spots all over Vegas, including a stint on the Strip.

Mitch is a self-taught keyboardist and guitarist and has a collection of vintage keyboards in his home studio, including a sweet Fender Rhodes and a classic Wurlitzer electric piano (think Supertramp).

For the last several years, Mitch has brought his solo act, just a piano and a mic,  to the annual Serenades of Life Concert, helping to raise money for the Nathan Adelson Hospice, most recently helping to
pack 'em in at Artemus Ham Concert Hall at UNLV.

HIs dream job is to play the piano bar on a cruise ship (which he actually did, twice, but not officially).

Lately he has also dabbled in web design, video production and recording
